Payment and Shipping
Credit card payments are accepted through PayPal or as a PayPal guest for shipped orders and pick up orders.
Returns and Refunds:
We want you to love your SB clothing and feel beautiful. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
If you wish to make a return, please send an email to email@example.com including your name and order number. Someone will connect with you within 24 hours. All returns must be received within 30 days from the original date of purchase. The product must be unwashed and unworn. Tags must still be intact. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item. Bralettes, shoes, and jewelry are final sale.
Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit in 7-10 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The $5 shipping fee you pay at the time of purchase is non-refundable.
